As an Office Volunteer supporting with administrative tasks, you will support the organizations' staff with the following functions, including but not limited to:
Staff Front Desk
- Assist the staff as the initial welcoming presence upon arrival and aid community members with check-in and support.
Email Management
- Checking, organizing, and responding to emails to ensure effective communication.
File Management
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files for easy access and record-keeping.
Document Preparation
- Creating, editing, and formatting documents, reports, or presentations.
Data Entry
- Inputting and updating data in systems or spreadsheets to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
