The Administrative Tasker provides back-end administrative support to staff. This role focuses on systems, documentation, and information flow—not facilities upkeep or program coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Staff the front desk by welcoming visitors and supporting check-in.
- Monitor, sort, and flag emails for staff response (no independent decision-making unless assigned).
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
- Prepare documents, forms, reports, or presentations as directed.
- Input and update data in spreadsheets or internal systems accurately.
- Support general office operations as assigned by staff.
Helpful Skills
- Strong organizational and clerical skills.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Professional communication and discretion.
- Ability to follow written procedures and workflows.
Qualifications
- Basic computer literacy required.
- Prior administration or office experience is helpful but not required.
