Purpose
Close out the evening by restoring the venue fully and efficiently at the end of the night. Breakdown Crew members are the last hands on the event and carry the finish line across.
Key Responsibilities
- Return at the designated breakdown time at the close of the event
- Break down tables, chairs, and activity stations and pack all supplies and equipment
- Remove trash and any organizational materials from the space
- Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure the venue is restored to its original condition
- Assist with loading out any supplies or equipment as needed
Helpful Skills
- Ability to work efficiently and follow direction in a post-event environment
- Comfortable with light physical tasks including lifting, moving furniture, and standing for extended period
