Impact Coordinator PM

Role Purpose
The Impact Coordinator ensures day-to-day front office flow and operational continuity. This role focuses on coordination and oversight—not hands-on cleaning, mail preparation, or routine administrative data entry

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor front office activity to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Coordinate volunteer coverage and task flow during office hours.
• Serve as a point of contact between volunteers and staff for operational needs.
• Track completion of front-office tasks and flag gaps or bottlenecks.
• Support staff by anticipating operational needs and escalating issues appropriately.

Qualifications

• Prior volunteer or customer-facing experience strongly preferred.
