Role Purpose
The Impact Coordinator ensures day-to-day front office flow and operational continuity. This role focuses on coordination and oversight—not hands-on cleaning, mail preparation, or routine administrative data entry
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor front office activity to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate volunteer coverage and task flow during office hours.
- Serve as a point of contact between volunteers and staff for operational needs.
- Track completion of front-office tasks and flag gaps or bottlenecks.
- Support staff by anticipating operational needs and escalating issues appropriately.
