Volunteers must pick up condoms and other contraceptives from The Mahogany Project office, as requested by OST Liquor Store & Little Red one Shop (3rd Ward). After collecting the requested supplies, you will return to the location to refill.
Role Purpose
The Prevention Drop/Pick Volunteer supports The Mahogany Project’s prevention and gender-affirming care distribution by transporting supplies between TMP and partner organizations. This role is strictly logistical and does not involve inventory preparation or client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up prevention and gender-affirming care items from TMP or partner locations.
- Deliver supplies to designated partner organizations or community sites.
- Confirm quantities at pickup and drop-off using provided checklists.
- Communicate completion of deliveries to staff.
- Maintain confidentiality and care when handling sensitive items.

- Ability to follow delivery instructions precisely.
- Basic organization and item verification skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
- Ability to lift and carry boxes or bags of supplies.
- Must be comfortable traveling locally within the Houston area
